As part of the province’s $5 billion action plan, the BC Temporary Rental Supplement Program gives tenants and landlords temporary support towards rent payments for renters impacted by COVID-19. BC Housing received more than 67,000 applications for the BC Temporary Rental Supplement Program between April 9th and April 29th.
As this program is new and in high demand, we receive many questions about how it works and what to expect when making an application.
