Notice of Tenant’s Responsibilities

When renting a unit in a strata corporation, Section 146 of the Strata Property Act requires that a landlord must give the strata corporation a copy of the Notice of Tenant’s Responsibilities (commonly known as a Form K) signed by the tenant(s) within two weeks of renting all or part of a strata lot. The Form K acknowledges that the landlord provided the tenant(s) with the current bylaws and rules and the form itself.

Please have the Form K signed by the landlord and the tenant for rented strata units and return the completed Form K to us by mail, email or fax.
