Andy Spurling
Owner and President
What is your favourite part of your job?
As President of the company, my roles and responsibilities are vast and challenging, which I really enjoy. I get to interact with clients in all of the areas we serve, with our teams across four offices and with the larger communities in which we operate. I love being involved in the evolution of our company's services, processes, and procedures and building relationships within our team and the communities we serve. In working with so many people in so many circumstances, I get to draw on a lifetime of experiences and learning, from my earliest days cleaning buildings and landscaping, to serving in a local restaurant, acting as a big city lawyer, and being a father, husband, son, and friend. It is a privilege to be in a position to serve and help as many people as we do.
What is your favourite paradigm and why?
Relentless Incrementalism. Our industry and the world we live in is dynamic and always changing, this paradigm speaks to a spirit of constant adaptation and improvement which is essential.
