What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of being a Strata Property Manager is working with so many different people on a daily basis and building relationships with the Strata Councils that I work with. I am a people person and love to interact with everyone and learn who they are. I am driven by helping others and it fills my heart with joy when I get to help someone.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
I have two favourite paradigms. The first is Relentless Incrementalism because I am a goal setter and believe the only way we grow is to set goals and then work to achieve them while challenging ourselves. I also love Wholehearted Togetherness because I have never worked with a group of people before that I truly feel are my family, who believe in me and help me to grow both at work and in my personal life.
