What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of the job is how complex and dynamic it is. I get to help people every single day while also utilizing my skills in task management and organization. I love that every single day is different. It’s a fun combination of coming in with a plan but going with the flow.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
My favourite paradigm is Wholehearted Togetherness because we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our community. I am grateful to have found a company who not only embodies community as a team but encourages it for our clients and industry. Through the various volunteer and fundraising opportunities, education events, and social events, Proline has helped me find the sense of community I’ve been looking for in a workplace.
