What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of my job is working with people. We work with such a diverse network and I love getting to know and building new relationships with strata councils, owners, residents and the like. I get energy from solving problems and helping to create harmonious strata communities.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
My favourite paradigm is radical transparency – we share information freely. We are authentic, respectful and act with integrity. We take ownership of our mistakes and are not afraid of new truths or new ideas. This resonates strong with me and is the way I strive to work. Wholehearted togetherness is so important particularly as we help people live and grow together.
