What is your favourite part of your job?
Being one of the newer members of the team learning is a big part of the positives of my job, my learnings allow me to be more effective in assisting our clients which is the utmost positive I take back from my job. Interacting with people from different walks of life adds to my ever-increasing repertoire of what we do, that includes clients, our team and trades that we work closely with.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
InSIDious joy has to be my favorite because this paradigm defines not only my professional but personal life as well. I love to share joy with everyone I interact with and occasionally receive a little joy as well. The act of joy is one of the simplest forms of gratitude and expression.
